Qatar- Mozaic TV to screen nine Arabic series free during Ramadan

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Ooredoo's Mozaic TV has announced the screening of nine popular Arabic series, free of charge, during the holy month of Ramadan.

Viewers will be able to "sit back and enjoy" the series via the "Ramadan Special" folder with the Videos on Demand service, according to a statement.

Among the series is the awaited 'Thahab wa awda', starring famous actor Ahmad al-Sakka. 'Thahab wa awda' is exclusive in Qatar and is about the kidnapping of the son of a successful businessman (Khaled) by a gang of organ traffickers.

Khaled decides to get involved in the search for his son and travels with his wife to find him, facing many obstacles, shocks and surprises along the way.

Scenes of happiness, love, defeat and glory are also featured in the Ramadan series, including the Mozaic TV exclusive 'Cello' and 'The Ottomans'.

Each series contains 30 episodes, with an episode released for each day of Ramadan.

Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, director of community and public relations at Ooredoo, said: "The holy month of Ramadan is about spreading joy, giving back to the community and spending time with family and friends.
