(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors)Kibo Mining (LON:KIBO) has given up hope of getting the money for 4.09mln shares that were to be issued to its former broker Hume Capital. The Tanzania-focused mineral exploration company said it had declared the shares forfeited as they had not been paid for by the deadline of 22 June. The forfeited shares will be placed in a company treasury account reducing the number of Kibo shares in issue to 324.81mln.
