Mr. John Isaac Southerland to speak at the 2015 CLM Southern California- Product Liability

Mr. John Isaac Southerland Attorney Huie Fernambucq & Stewart LLP will speak on “It Wasn’t Me”: Effectively Assessing the Acts or Omissions of Parties and Non-Parties when Evaluating Potential Risk in a Product Liability Case.”   This conference will be held in Irvine California on July 16-17.

John Isaac is a partner in the firm.  With a practice focused on product liability personal injury defense insurance defense and towing and recovery liability he routinely represents among others automotive companies heavy equipment manufacturers product manufacturers trucking companies and towing and recovery companies nationally regionally and locally. He is an Eagle Scout who remains active with the Boy Scouts of America.  He and his wife Jenny reside in Birmingham Alabama with their two sons Isaac and Taylor.  He has spoken and published on the following: “Electronic Case Management and Discovery: New Challenges for an Ever Increasing Paperless Profession” "Crashworthiness - Based Product Liability and Contributory Negligence in the Use of the Product" The Alabama Lawyer July 2012 "Personal Responsibility in Product Liability: Who is Responsible for What and Why?"
