Etihad, Tourism Australia sign USD23m deal to promote partnership

(MENAFN) Etihad Airways and Tourism Australia has signed USD23.3 million agreement to bolster business ties between the two entities, added to promoting Australia in foreign markets for the upcoming five years, Arabian Business reported.

The new signing marks a renewal of an existing three-year deal worth USD9.31 million which was scheduled for expiring this year. The deal also shows Etihad's dedication to the Australian market, according to Tourism Australia's managing director.

"We're delighted to further strengthen our relationship... Etihad Airways is now one of Tourism Australia's most important aviation partners, actively supporting some of our most important international," the managing director said.
