Two other nationals were nabbed from Seeb on charges of smuggling drugs.

Arson cases in Izki Khabourah
The accused in an arson case in Izki have been arrested police has said. They had set vehicles on fire. In a similar case Khabourah police arrested a national for torching a vehicle parked outside the owner's house.

Drug smuggling attempts foiled at Muscat airport
Several attempts to smuggle in drugs and psychotropic substances into the country through the Muscat International Airport have been reported.

Two held for money exchange break-in
Two persons have been arrested for their role in a theft. The two Asians are said to have entered a money exchange by making a hole in its wall. They then cut off the power supply and broke open the safe. They fled when the security alarm went off.
