(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A dispute erupted in Ain El-Hilwe Palestinian refugee camp in south Lebanon on Thursday, leaving one fatality and two wounded.
Gunmen used machineguns, mortars and hand grenade in the battle while leaders of the Palestinian factions in the camp are trying to use their good offices to put an end to the ongoing dispute, Lebanon NNA news agency reported.
The Palestinian faction set up last year a joint taskforce to maintain security and stability in the camp after similar gunfights. (end) wsm.gb
