Australia, China trade ties pass USD123b annually

(MENAFN) The Australian-Chinese trade relations accumulate a total of USD123 billion annually, driven by China's strong economy, which is considered as Australia's number one trading partner, The Peninsula reported.

The two countries have recently agreed upon a landmark trade deal, which will help in fostering more growth and employment opportunities by cancelling tariffs across multiple sectors.

"This is a momentous and historic day for our two countries. It will change our countries for the better, it will change our region for the better, it will change our world for the better," Prime Minister said in a statement.
