(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Ezdan Holding Group has organised a five-day workshop entitled "Project Management Professional" (PMP), which included a variety of themes such as: the initiative, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, and the completion phase of various projects.
The workshop was designed for 17 heads of different departments and sections of the groups such as Engineering, Maintenance, Services, Human Resources, and Digital Media, in order to develop their abilities with regards to planning and implementation of the Group's current and future operational projects.
This initiative comes as part of an intensive series of development activities and training courses that the Group plans to organize after the month of Ramadan, from August to the end of the year.
Deputy CEO of Ezdan Holding Group Nasser Mohammed Al Abdulla, saidd: "The keenness of Ezdan Holding Group to develop the abilities and professional skills of its cadres in all areas is in complete alignment with the overall pace of development taking place within the Group, and the massive advancement in the operational efficiency of its projects. The Group is preparing for a comprehensive development process, targeting development in all investment projects in order to raise its earning levels and strengthen its position in the market."
Al Abdulla added that the Group strives to hone the skills and abilities of its human capital in order to achieve the best results in line with its vision and strategy based on establishing a firm position as a prominent economic entity. He pointed out that the Group is keen to build communication channels between the Group and its employees through providing them with opportunities to develop their capacities on both the personal and professional levels, which will inspire them to raise the bar of productivity, promote progress, and achieve more accomplishments for the Group.
The workshop is also one of the initiatives undertaken by the Group in social responsibility and out of its eagerness to keep up with the state of Qatar inspiration, which is witnessing and going through steady pace towards achieving the goals of the national vision 2030.
