Emir issues laws on establishing commercial companies, NHRC
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Emir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today Emiri decision No. 11 of 2015 on establishing commercial companies.
The Emir also issued law No. 12 of 2015, amending some provisions of law No. 17 of 2010 which regulates the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC).
The laws are effective starting from their date of publication in the official gazette.
