Qatar- HH The Emir Ratifies Cabinet Decision, Issues Decree and Two Laws


(MENAFN- QNA) HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani Tuesday ratified Cabinet decision No. 27 for the year 2015 which amends the regulations of some administrative units in the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the appointment of its terms of reference.

          The decision is effective starting from its publication in the Official Gazette.

HH the Emir Issues Two Laws

 HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Emiri decision no. 11 of 2015 on establishing commercial companies. 

HH the Emir also issued law no. 12 of 2015, amending some provisions of law no. 17 of 2010 which regulates the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) The laws are effective starting from their date of publication in the official gazette. 

HH The Emir Issues Decree on Cooperation with Kyrgyzstan

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani Tuesday issued Decree No. 32 for the year 2015 ratifying the agreement on economic, trade and technical co-operation between the Government of Qatar and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Government signed on June 3, 2014. This Decree shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

HH the Emir also issued Decree No 33 for the year 2015 ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding for joint co-operation in diplomatic training between the Diplomatic Institute at Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute at the State of Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed in Kuwait on April 23, 2014. This Decree shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 

HH the Emir also issued Decree No 34 for the year 2015 ratifying the agreement on exempting official biometric passport holders from entry visa rules between the Government of Qatar and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany signed in Berlin on April 16, 2013. This Decree shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. 
These Decrees are effective starting from their date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
