(MENAFN) Egypt-based Roiaa Real Estate is set at inaugurating a total of 400 housing units through various schemes, added to 120 units to be ready by the end of the year, Amwal Alghad reported.
The projects, encompassing the residential scheme, include Porto Mayorka which is scheduled to be built over a plot of 17.000 meter and will include 18 buildings and other variegated services.
Among the projects also is Remal resort in Mersa Matrouh, in addition to other schemes in the tourism and real estate sectors, according to an official corporate statement.
