Jordan FM Holds Talks with Norwegian Counterpart


(MENAFN- QNA) Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, Nasser Judeh, on Monday held talks with Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende.

The two sides discussed ways to cement relations between Jordan and Norway as well as the recent developments in the Middle East, reported Jordan's news agency (Petra).

They also discussed the crises in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen and called for pursuing peaceful and political means to settle the conflicts in these countries On the Palestinian cause, they stressed the importance of launching serious and effective peace talks between the Palestinians and Israelis to bring about the two-state solution and establish the independent Palestinian State with its Capital in East Jerusalem.
