Orosur Mining chief says consistency the key as work continues in Uruguay


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors)The chief executive of Ososur Mining (LON:OMI) Ignacio Salazar says he remains focused on de-risking the company's portfolio and delivering consistency after the miner met its production and cost guidance for the eighth consecutive quarter. The South America-focused firm produced 53485 oz of gold in the year just ended in the middle of the guidance range of 50000 - 55000 oz with 13187 oz produced in the final quarter. Orosur has decided to go ahead with the underground development of San Gregorio West to be funded by a mixture of internally generated cash flow and non -equity capital. Speaking to Proactive Salazar says the company will keep up its exploration activities with minimum risk.
