Palestinian adviser censures fatal collision with Palestinian youth
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) The political adviser to the Palestinian president, Nimer Hammad, condemned as a criminal act the killing of a Palestinian young man by an Israeli army jeep that struck him in the occupied West Bank.
"We condemn this Israeli criminal act in Kafr Malik. It is part of the Israeli approach against the life of the Palestinian citizens to kill them in cold blood, whether by shooting, running over or burning them," Hammad said in a statement.
He added that Israel will not be able to defend its practices against the Palestinian people before the International Criminal Court.
"We are confident that the occupation government will be punished for the crimes they committed, especially crimes at the hands of settlers against our people," he added.
Hammad accused the Israeli court of being a tool to implement Israeli occupation policies, questioning the claim that Israel is a state of law because the judiciary is part of the occupation that authorities hide behind to find false excuses for their criminal acts.
