(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received an invitation from Hassan Rouhani, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to attend the 3rd Gas Exporting Countries Forum, GECF, schedulled to be to held next November in Tehran, the capital of Iran.
The invitation was handed over when H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, today received the Iranian Minister of Economy and Finance, Ali Tayyip Nia.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries as well as ways to enhance them in various fields.
Ahmed Juma Al Za'abi, Deputy Minister for Presidential Affairs, and Mohammad Reza Fayyad, Iran's Ambassador to the UAE, attended the meeting.
