(MENAFN) Qatar's real estate sector recorded undertaking total transactions of about USD246.97 million, according to the Land Registry Department of the Ministry, Qatar News Agency reported.
The registered transactions encompass lands, shopping centers, houses residential complexes and towers, according to weekly bulletin issued by the Department.
Most of the deals were made in the municipalities of Doha, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Rayyan, Al Zain, Al Wakra and Al Shamal.
