(MENAFN- QNA) Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani on Tuesday met Brett McGurk, U.S. deputy assistant secretary of state, currently on a visit to Iraq.
The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between the United States and Kurdistan Region as well as the field situation in fighting the Daesh group in Anbar province and other regions of Iraq.
They also reviewed the latest political developments in the region.
