(MENAFN- QNA) The United States and its allies launched 21 new air strikes against Daesh targets in Iraq and Syria during the 24 hours ended Monday, US military said.
The military said in a statement that 14 strikes in Iraq hit targets close to seven different cities, adding one of the strikes destroyed a large factory manufacturing improvised explosive devices and car bombs in Hit district, west of Ramadi.
In Syria, seven air strikes hit targets belonging to Daesh near the northern town of Kobani.
