(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the Abu Dhabi Police has urged members of the public to take advantage of services offered through the Ministry of Interior's smart phone application, "UAE MOI", and to use the Sahel self-service e-Payment machine, in order to receive the multiple services provided for fast and easy transactions.
To this end, the department has organised its '24/7' exhibition at Al Bawadi Mall in Al Ain to raise the public's awareness of its latest e-services and smart applications. The exhibition also aims to encourage the public to use Sahel, which is easily accessible via simple and streamlined steps, explained by the department's staff members.
The Director-General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, Brigadier Hussein Ahmed Al Harthi, highlighted the commitment to spread awareness about the proper ways to use the licensing services provided by the Ministry via smart phones, which will save time for citizens. He also noted that the exhibition provides members of the public with proper usage instructions, and encourages them to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Brigadier Mohamed Mayouf Al Ketbi, Head of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police, inaugurated the exhibition on Sunday evening in the presence of a number of strategic partners, demonstrating the integration between different departments and entities that provide the services.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Colonel Hamad Nasser Al Bloushi, Head of the Peripheral Regions Traffic Department at the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, in addition to a number of officers.
