(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari honoured the participants in a workshop on writing modern plays, which was held from May 10-June 8.
The Minister said in a speech marking the occasion that such a workshop helps create a new generation of talented theater writers.
