(MENAFN- QNA) At least six Palestinians were arrested on Monday by Israeli army and police in the West Bank, according to Palestinian local and security sources.
An Israeli army force stormed the city of Hebron in southern West Bank, where they arrested two local residents identified as Tareq Salhab and Nizar Salhab.
Israeli Army troops further stormed the nearby town of Samu and arrested an elderly identified as Hassan Daghameen, after raiding and searching his house.
In the meantime, the Israeli army broke into the village of Hosan, west of Bethlehem, and arrested 22-year-old Ibrahim Shosheh.
Army also stormed the town of Asira Shalaliya, north of Nablus, and arrested Makeen Saadeh, 22, after raiding his house.
In Ramallah, Israeli army soldiers stormed the village of Silwad and raided a number of houses, interrogating their residents, however, no arrests were made.
Meanwhile, Israeli police arrested a girl while she was visiting her father, who is detained in Israeli Negev jail. The girl, Sumaya, was visiting her father Abdullah Gunaimant from Hebron - who is serving a life sentence in Israeli jails – when police arrested her, an attorney with the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club (PPC) told Palestinian News Agency (WAFA).
