French Senate Delegation Visits Tehran


(MENAFN- QNA) A delegation from the Senate of France led by Daniel Reiner arrived in Tehran Monday.
Majlis Speaker's Advisor for International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam said in a statement that the six-member delegation will meet with some Iranian officials.
The French delegation is visiting Tehran at the invitation of Vice-Chairman of Iran's Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Ahmad-Reza Dastgheyb, IRNA news agency reported.
During their four-day stay in Iran, the French parliamentarians are planned to meet Dastgheyb, Deputy Foreign minister for Euro-American Affairs Majid Takht-e Ravanchi and Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia-Pacific Affairs Ebrahim Rahimpour.
