Kuwait's Mezzan Holding eyes new acquisition under USD66.14m


(MENAFN) Kuwait"s Mezzan Holding is presently studying the prospects of acquiring a water distribution firm provided that it won"t surpass USD66.14 million, according to Chief Executive, Gulf News reported.

Mezzan's goal is to undertake at least one acquisition every year, with two to three smaller acquisitions to be signed over the upcoming three years, the Chief Executive said. Over the regional plane, however, Mezzan is currently investing in a warehouse in Dubai and Riyadh.

"We would like to acquire more in UAE, Saudi, Oman, which are key point of interest at this point. We are looking for companies with very good distribution network from which we can push our products," the official added in the statement.
