(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Number of people who have died in South Korea due to the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) has climbed to five since the disease outbreak in the nation on May 21, the Ministry of Health said Sunday.
A 75-year-old man is the latest victim reported late Saturday.
Some 14 fresh infection cases were also recorded, reaching total number of cases to 64 since May 21, with the first case for a 63-year-old South Korean, who had returned home from a business trip to Bahrain.
