(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, has again sponsored the Bahraini embassy's annual celebration of high-achieving Bahraini graduates in Qatar.
Organised by the cultural attaché's office at the embassy, the event celebrated achievements of Doha-based Bahraini students and saw participation of Gulf Air's office in Doha that has played an active role in the embassy's events to support national initiatives in Qatar and support and recognise Bahraini residents and students here.
The event was attended by Bahraini Ambassador Waheed Mubarak Abdullah Sayyar, Yousif Al Kuwari from the cultural attaché's office, Gulf Air Doha Country Manager Wael Mattar and other officials.
Gulf Air operates five daily direct flights between Bahrain and Qatar, with onwards connectivity to 43 cities in 24 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
