(MENAFN) Emaar Properties announced that its beachfront mixed-use project, set in Dubai's Al Mamzar area, will cost up to USD2.72 billion, according to news report issued by WAM, Arabian Business reported.
The new project will enjoy 4,000 residential departments, 300 hotel rooms and 250,000 square meters of retail outlets, additional details were not disclosed for the prime tourist attraction in Dubai.
Al Mamzar was "an added-value to Dubai's cultural landmarks that boosts the emirate's position as a global touristic hub and a modern city that offers quality lifestyle," the Chairman of Emaar Properties said.
