Gaza rockets fall in southern Israel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Three rockets fired from Gaza Strip landed in an open area in the southern Negev city Wednesday night, the Israeli Army announced.

In a press statement, the Army pointed out that rocket alarm sirens rang in the port city of Ashkelon, in Netivot and in Sdot Negev Regional Council in southern Israel.

After the rocket fire, Israeli jet fighters intensified their presence in Gaza airspace, Palestinian media reported.
