American Resort Management LLC Opens New Waterpark
Erie Pennsylvania – May 2015 –American Resort Management LLC of Erie PA has announced the Grand Opening of Parrot Island Waterpark in Fort Smith Arkansas Memorial Day Weekend 2015.
American Resort Management LLC was selected to be the management company in 2014 for the brand new Outdoor Waterpark that is co-owned by Sebastian County and Fort Smith Arkansas. American Resort Management LLC working directly with the city and county has overseen the pre-opening sales & marketing and launch of the facility. Moving forward American Resort Management LLC will serve as the full-time day-to-day operator of the facility.

Parrot Island Waterpark features the region’s only wave pool four awesome twisting turning water slides a relaxing lazy river an activity pool and a themed children’s aquatic play area. The new outdoor waterpark will have over 370000 gallons of aquatic fun and include a variety of amenities including private party pavilions cabana rentals food and beverage concessions 800 complimentary deck and lounge chairs over 250 complimentary water tubes expansive grass lawns for relaxing and much more.
