Seoul South Korea – June 1 2015 – creators of the epic mobile game Dragon Village Series that has over 10 million downloads worldwide has announced plans to release their new game called Dragon Village TCG. In order to fully launch the game and achieve their vision the team has started a to raise $50000 CAD by July 8th 2015.
Dragon Village TCG is a turn-based strategic card game that is easy to pickup and play but requires in-depth decision making. Players build card decks centered around one of four dragon tamers with distinct battle styles and duel each other to become the legendary card master. With over 120+ dragon tamer cards and hundreds of neutral cards to choose from players will have endless possibilities to develop unique strategies. During the match players can sling a card on to the battlefield to summon monsters dragons and cast spells to fight their opponent.
Inspired by TCGs (trading card games) such as Pokemon Hearthstone and Magic the Gathering highbrow added a little more flavor to the genre. "We're a group of avid card gamers and we wanted to combine everything we love about TCGs but add life and action to the cards" said Jung Park design director at Highbrow. "There are hundreds of dragons and monsters that transform into 3D characters during the battle. Also the dragons are actually able to evolve during battle which takes the game to another level of awesomeness."
The game is currently under development in Unity engine for cross-platform release. Funds received from the Kickstarter campaign will complete development of the game add an adventure mode include more dragon tamers and have translated into various languages including English.
