The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi, and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani.
