(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Cozmo Travel opened their third branch in Qatar on Al Ittihad Street in Gharaffa yesterday. Qatar Airways vice president Ehab AbdelFattah Amin inaugurated the branch.
Cozmo Travel CEO Jamal Abdulnazar, country manager Mohamed Ashraf K M, head of sales Deepa Rajesh, and other dignitaries from the travel industry were present.
"We started our operations in Qatar in 2011 when we opened our first branch at B-Ring Road, Doha," recalled Abdulnazar.
"With the inauguration of our third branch in Qatar, we now have 37 branches in the GCC countries," he added.
Ashraf observed that Qatar is one of the primary markets of Cozmo Travel. "The number of passengers flying in and out of Qatar has increased manifold over the past few years. We want to capitalise on the growth the market is witnessing and our enhanced presence will add to the convenience of our customers," he stated.
Ehab AbdelFattah Amin remarked that by expanding their Qatar operations, Cozmo Travel has reiterated their commitment to the Qatar market.
"I am happy to note that Cozmo Travel considers Qatar as one of their strategic growth markets and the region forms a major part in their overall expansion plans," he said.
Headquartered in Sharjah, Cozmo Travel which also has presence in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain, will soon launch operations in India. An IATA accredited travel agency, Cozmo Travel is fully owned by Air Arabia and independently operates and offers all airlines and a whole range of leisure products and services.
