Elsewhere Patagonia Gold (LON:PGD) revealed that mining veteran Bill Humphries is retiring from its board. In other board-related news Phil Madden is standing down as Forbidden Technologies' (LON:FBT) finance director after 10 years of number crunching for the video editing platform developer. Conversely Gulf Keystone Petroleum (LON:GKP) is to hire Jón Ferrier as the company's new chief executive. The appointment comes at a critical time for both GKP and the broader sector in the Kurdistan region of Northern Iraq where oil companies are owed significant sums for production. To oil – and Range Resources (LON:RRL) said production averaged 620 barrels of oil per day (bopd) from its operations Trinidad during May. In earnings news Real Good Food (LON:RGD) issued a bullish trading update following the sale of its wholesale sugar arm Napier Brown. Now focused on cake decoration (Renshaw Rainbow Dust Colours) food ingredients (Garrett Ingredients and R&W Scott) and premium bakery ingredients (Haydens) sales in the year to March were £104mln and underlying profits £5.3mln. Finally Graphene specialist Haydale (LON:HAYD) has set up a division to develop the new material's use in the aerospace business. Ebby Shahidi has been appointed as Director of Aerospace and Defence projects while Quentin Fontana as Collaborative R&D Manager to spearhead the move into the new area.
