(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Egyptian security officials say a police bus has collided with a truck south of Cairo, killing 16 people including 13 conscripts.
They say the truck was carrying bricks near Beni Suef, about 95 kilometers (60 miles) south of Cairo, when the crash occurred, sending the vehicles into a roadside canal on Friday, AP reported.
Separately on Saturday morning in Assuit, 320 kilometers (200 miles) south of Cairo, officials say a four-story building collapsed, killing six people and injuring six others.
