(MENAFN- QNA) Portuguese parliament speaker Assuncao Esteves met here today with the visiting Tunisian Prime Minister Al-Habib Al-Said.
Esteves affirmed his country's readiness to support bilateral relations with Tunisia, refering in this respect to the path adopted by Tunisia and the success of its democratic experience.
|He said Tunisia's success cannot be achieved without providing necessary support.
For his part, Al-Said said that Tunisia, which succeeded in achieving the political transition through fair and transparent elections and drafting the constitution, will continue this path to achieve the success of the economic transition, stressing that his government intends to implement reforms within the framework of an integrated vision for achieving comprehensive development.
