Kuwaiti diplomatic institute head talks cooperation with Sudanese minister


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) The director of Kuwait's Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute Abdulaziz Al-Sharekh met Sudan's State Minister for Foreign Affairs Obaid Allah Mohamed Obaidallah to discuss bilateral cooperation.

The two agreed that they would be reviewing the signature of a cooperation agreement between the diplomatic institutes of both nations at the closest opportunity.

According to a statement by the Kuwaiti diplomatic school, the minister, who earlier represented his country at Organisation of Islamic Cooperation talks in Kuwait, praised Kuwaiti foreign policy and its supportive stance of Sudan and other Arab and African nations.

The Sudanese minister was also quoted as having been impressed with the institute programmes and facilities.

For his part, the institute head said Kuwait was honoured by its relations with Sudan characterized by brotherhood and mutual respect.
