(MENAFN- QNA) HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met today with Yemeni Foreign Minister Riyad Yassin on the sidelines of the 24th session of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC), currently underway in Kuwait.
During the meeting they discussed bilateral relations and the latest developments in Yemen.
Dr. Al Attiyah underlined the need for dialogue among the Yemeni parties in order to reach a political solution, stressing that the State of Qatar will spare no effort to support the legitimate government and the brotherly Yemeni people.
For his part, the Yemeni Foreign Minister expressed his country's thanks for the support the State of Qatar provides to the Yemeni people, wishing relations between the two countries further development and prosperity.
