Jordan, Turkey to boost cooperation in tourism sector


(MENAFN) The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Turkey are set to boost their cooperation in the tourism sector through the signing of an agreement by Jordan Society of Travel and Tourism Agents (JSTA), Jordan News Agency reported.

The contract specifies in written terms that the two parties aim to develop and further improve collaboration and scholarships granting in the field of travel and tourism, particularly the visits of Turks to Jordan.

Jordan is expected to host 50 tourist operators who work in the Turkish outbound tourism industry in a tourist convoy to Jordan and Palestine.
