(MENAFN) Marka Holding is set to acquire the USD85.75m Restaurant and Caf" chain Reem Al Bawadi, after a commendation from Baker and McKenzie Habib Al Mulla, Gulf News reported.
The commendation was made by a team from Baker and McKenzie Habib Al Mulla. The team constituted from senior officials, with vigorous expertise in the UAE Corporate word and business practices.
Marka plans to expand the presence of Reem Al Bawadi in 2015, with at least two new company-owned outlets in the UAE and up to five franchised outlets in the wider Middle East and North Africa region.
