The appeal has been listed before the Court of Appeal for a nine-day hearing and is scheduled to be completed on 5 June 2015.

The company's Isabel Nickel Project Team is continuing with development activities on Santa Isabel Island with plans to commence exploration on San Jorge Island later this year.

Isabel is considered to be one of the largest nickel laterite deposits in the Pacific with the company targeting the establishment of a DSO operation by late 2015.

The project has a historic non-JORC Resource estimate of 159 million tonnes at 1.045% nickel and 0.07% cobalt.

Recent drilling by Axiom has discovered more high-grade nickel which will contribute to the evaluation of a maiden JORC resource for Isabel in the second half of 2015.
