Pacific Rubiales
The company announced yesterday that it has commenced consent solicitations to modify its senior listed bonds. Pacific currently has four series of bonds on the market; 5.375% bonds due 2019 for USD 1,300 million; 7.25% bonds due 2021 for USD 691 million; 5.125% bonds due 2023 for USD 1,000 million and 5.625% bonds due 2025 for USD 1,113 million. By accepting these changes Pacific will pay holders who validly deliver their consent before 5:00 pm (New York time) of June 4, 2015, a cash payment equal to USD 5 per USD 1,000 of the total amount of the bonds delivered. Moreover, Pacific offer bondholders a new series of bonds with a coupon of 7.25% with a maturity on September 12, 2021 for the current bonds with a maturity due 2019. Source: Data IFX
Isagen
The president of the Association of Financial Institutions, Anif, Sergio Clavijo, asked the State Council to unlock the sale of the shares that the government has in Isagen. Clavijo also said that the sale of this asset will not cause a patrimonial detriment. During April the subsidiaries of Avianca Holdings mobilized 2,260,131 passengers representing a 9.5% increase in passengers carried compared to the same month of 2014. The capacity, measured in ASKs (available seats per kilometer flown) increased by 8.4% while passenger traffic measured in RPKs (payments made by passenger over kilometer flown) increased by 9.3%.
