Kuwait's trade surplus with Japan reaches USD524m in April


(MENAFN) The Kuwaiti trade excess with Japan was cut by 34 percent in April, reaching USD524 million, when compared to the corresponding period last year, Kuwait News Agency reported.

Exportation from the Kingdom to Japan also marked a decrease by about 30 percent, reaching USD646 million, according to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry.

Nonetheless, Importation from Japan showed a slight 2.3 percent increase and reached USD122 million for the second consecutive month.
