() is on the road to a capital raising with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to complete.
Newera has acquired 51% of the high grade Plomosas zinc-lead-silver mine in
Mexico.
The company has the rights to acquire up to an 80% interest in the Plomosas project for $5.3 million in cash and shares.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 27th May 2015 or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
