Taylor MI – Sounds of screeching tires fill Telegraph Road as a crowd of young drivers parade their vehicles and zoom into drag racing to their enjoyment but the area business owners located are not as excited as those drivers and mini-crowds. The commotion caused by cruising is something that the residents could not take anymore. City councilwoman Linda Roberts had already asked the police to take action.
Anne Runkle of The News Herald reported that "dozen signs that say 'No trespassing' are posted in the lot." However Maplelawn Keyes Locksmith says this is not enough to deter unwanted people from loitering on the property.
"You need to have sturdy fences installed around the area you are not currently using" shares the service provider. "Lock it up keep it under surveillance and ensure that your property isn't a place used for unwanted racket. Some kids leave out a mass of trash and others vandalize the whole place. This defaces your investment. Don't be surprised if its price plummets in that real estate when that happens."
Securing the area helps in maintaining realty’s worth. The basic action of using strong locks in guarding the area is already a step in keeping the property safe from trespassers.
