(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammad Khaled AlآKhoder held talks on Wednesday with visiting US Marine Corps Forces Central Command Chief Major General Kenneth F. McKenzie on several topics of common concern, particularly military ties.
While receiving McKenzie and his accompanying delegation, Lieutenant General AlآKhoder lauded the deep-rooted relations between the two countries and their keenness on promoting them in all fields, said a statement by Defense Ministry's Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations.
The meeting was attended by Kuwait's Deputy Army Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans Authority Major General Ahmad Abdulwahab AlآOmairi.
