Indoritel Makmur Offers IDR1.01 Trillion Shares To UK Company

JAKARTA May 21 2015 – PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. (DNET) will offer IDR1.01 trillion shares to British investor Tower Bridge Ventures Limited.

Based on brief prospectus issued by company in PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Tuesday (5/19) it states that the rights issue will be conducted through private placement.

DNET will issue 1.41 billion shares or 10% of the paid-in capital. It will ask for approval in Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders on 25 June 2015.

The new share has strike price at around IDR925/share. Consequently shares by the previous stakeholders will be diluted at a maximum of 9.09%.

1.1 billion shares will be purchased by Tower Bridge Ventures Limited not affiliated to the company.

The proceeds from private placement and the remaining proceeds of rights issue will be spent on optical fiber working capital and investment.

For investment in optical fiber the company has set up a new subsidiary PT Indoritel Persada Nusantara with capital worth IDR130 billion. Read more..
