JAKARTA May 21 2015—PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk. (MSKY) Indovision Pay TV company owned by Hary Tanoesoedibjo is targeting to earn revenue of IDR3.6 trillion this year.

MNC Sky Vision Director Erwin Richard Andersen said the company targets 10% growth this year from IDR3.28 trillion last year.

“Revenue is expected to grow 10% from last year while EBITDA margin is maintained above 38%” he said a public disclosure Wednesday (5/20/2015).

The MSKY-coded company recorded revenue of IDR3.28 trillion throughout last year or 9% higher than IDR3.02 trillion a year earlier. In the same period the EBITDA rose by 4% to IDR1.21 trillion from IDR1.26 trillion with EBITDA margin of 38%.

The EBITDA margin fell last year due to high content cost as a result of rupiah depreciation against the US dollar.

During the period the company suffered net loss of IDR154 billion or lower than IDR487 billion a year earlier. Therefore the company did not pay dividend for fiscal year of 2014.

Up to March 31 2015 the total revenue of MNC Sky Vision rose 7% to IDR827 billion from previously IDR775 billion. The growth continues to slow down due to a decline in purchasing power especially for non-primary needs.

EBITDA in the first quarter rose 8% to IDR328.01 billion from IDR303.29 billion. Meanwhile EBITDA margin reached 40% until the end of March. The company recorded net loss of IDR130.02 billion in the first quarter of 2015 from previously noted a profit of IDR135.76 billion. Read more..
