(MENAFN) Dubai-based Omniyat Properties announced having plans to build USD54.46 million " as the highest price for unit\apartment as a part of its 'One at Palm Jumeirah' scheme, Gulf News reported.
Then total number of apartment reaches 90, located near the entry way of Nakheel's master-development. The CEO and Executive Chairman of Omniyat said that sales will be done by invitation only.
"The gradual build-up was always the plan. We wanted the project to be well advanced on the construction side before commencing sales." The Executive Chairman said.
