Dubai's Danube starts USD100m Glitz 3 project
(MENAFN) Danube Properties inaugurated the new phase of its Dreamz project, which is the USD100 million Glitz 3 assortment flats, located in Studio City, Arabian Business reported.
The new scheme constitutes from 352 apartments with prices that begins at USD130,000, targeting thus personals with low-to-middle incomes, according to Danube Group chairman.
The whole Dreamz by Danube Glitz project is said to have reached a total value of about USD326 million, after the addition of the USD100m third phase.
