JAKARTA May 19 2015 —PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk through Lippo Homes sells 280 units of Monaco Suites condominium or 85% of the total units built. The first tower part of Monaco Bay development in Manado is claimed to attract local and foreign consumers.
CEO of Lippo Homes Ivan Budiono said the buyers were from various cities. “They come from Jakarta Surabaya Makassar Gorontalo and Ternate also there are expatriates from Italy and Australia” he said in a press release Saturday (5/9) on the Grand Preview Monaco Suites in Manado.
He claims the project has attracted buyers since it has concept of modern lifestyle. Besides the project located in Boulevar business district offers three choices: one bedroom to three bedrooms. Each room has sizes of 45 m2 – 120 m2.
Chief Marketing Officer of Lippo Homes Jopy Rusli said the room was designed using inter-connectable pattern. This means that two modules can combine two units of room etc.”We offer special price in the grand preview installment at IDR8 million/month” he said.
He added Monaco Suites has various private facilities i.e. swimming pool sky gym sky lounge and sky multifunction room. They are located in the peak floor where inhabitants can enjoy scenery of sea and mountain.
Monaco Suites is established to become a new icon in Manado city. The 40-story condominium is part of development of integrated luxury resort in Monaco Bay built on eight hectares of land. “The groundbreaking will soon be carried out. This is to indicate the commencement of Monaco Suites condominium tower” he said.
In the future Monaco Bay resort will be developed as 15-in-1 project consisting of Lippo Mall Cinemaxx Siloam Hospital Lippo Hotel international school and Marina Port. Read more..
