Mango Festival begins at Safari

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Mango Festival is back at all Safari outlets from today.

More than 100 varieties of fresh mangoes sourced from India, Pakistan, the US, Thailand, Kenya, Australia, Yemen, the Philippines, Brazil and other Latin American countries are on offer.

"As always, our continuous effort to provide a unique experience to customers is what made us bring the Mango Festival back this year, too," Safari Group general manager Zainul Abideen said in a statement, adding that fresh mangoes were being imported daily from the source countries so that "valued customers could relish the real and rich taste of mangoes".

The festival will showcase not only mangoes from various parts of the world but also different types of mango delicacies, such as mango cakes and pastries, mango cookies, fish mango curry, mango chicken biriyani, mango avial, mango pickles, mango payasam, mango breads etc.

Meanwhile, the statement from the general manager also referred to Safari's sales promotions for this summer.

The Half Value Back promotional event will be launched today. "All women's, men's and children's garments and footwear at an amazing half value back scheme, i.e., for any purchase worth QR200, you will get gift vouchers worth QR100 redeemable at any of the Safari outlets.

This promotion extends to big brands like Allen Solly, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Arrow, Sero, Oxemberg etc. The promotions will attract visitors coming to Doha during the summer and those who are planning their vacations back home," he added.
